Here's a little information about the website:

We created MakeMS last year. It's a MySpace resource website. As you may know, these sites are a huge thing right now. There's a HUGE demand for Myspace help sites. Myspace is growing and so is the demand for these websites! The websites income is made off of the site's ad's. Meaning you get paid every time you receive a visitor to the site, or a page view.

We have TONS of ORIGINAL generators for visitors. They were all hand coded by us. Some of the best on the web! We currently have *36* unique generators! Generators is one of the most popular and sought after pages on the site.

Our most popular section on the website is the layouts section. We currently have *511* layouts available, as well as 24 layout categories and *330,000++* layout views! The website is set up to allow visitors to submit their own layouts [which only goes live on the site after YOU approve it!] so the layout section grows EVERY DAY. That = returning visitors and more page views for you. We also have one of the best layout editors online that your visitors can use to make layouts with.

We also have a lot of original content and idea's. Our comment boxes are well liked, along with our tutorials, codes, tweaks, etc.

Graphics are another big desire and we have TOOONS. A big majority of our graphics, contact boxes, headline graphics, comment graphics, glitter graphics, online now icons, etc. are 100% original.

The site is full of pages and interesting things to keep your visitors coming back and happy.

We also have a Myspace account with 60,000+ friends [great for promotion]. We can't sell this because of Myspace's TOS, so we are including it for free. :)

The $1200/month is the past years income divided by 12 (months). Lately we have not been working on it and we have not updated and it still brings in money and visitors. Someone who could promote it and update it could probably bring in lots more traffic and money.

The site is virtually no-maintenance. You'd just have to check the web-based admin control panel once a day for new layouts and comments pending approval and approve/reject them. Total of 5 minutes/day. Very easy. We are just moving in a different direction and no longer wish to pursue our online businesses.

You will of course need common HTML knowledge to add new pages to the site, and possibly some PHP editing knowledge.

I've never had any complaints from Myspace about the website, and have actually corresponded with them through email regarding makems, so I'm positive they are 100% OK with it.
