I would like to buy a search engine / portal site. This site must be a one of a kind or at the very least it must not be a turnkey site.

Installation on my servers will also be required. I dont mind if it is a not totally complete site but the search engine facility must work. Must be intergrated with paypal for adverts and may also contain google adwords.

I want to pay less than $30 as I will more than likely recode the site to suit my portfolio.
